This information helps us with planning!
Each attendee with a completed manuscript is eligible for one pitch appointment. Pitch appointment registration will occur via a separate form in the months leading up to conference.
Critique registration will occur via a separate form in the months leading up to conference. This question is only for us to get a sense of how many people are interested. Space is limited for this experience ,and it will be unavailable when capacity has been reached. To participate in the group critique, you will register separately and pay a nominal fee. In February, you'll provide ten pages which will be sent to an editor or agent and approximately five other writers in your group. You will be sent the pages of the others in your group. The critique groups meet on Saturday morning of the conference.
If you select yes, you will be sent a follow-up email with instructions on how to sign up. A conference is not successful without volunteers, so thank you!!

There is a limited number of hotel rooms for conference attendees. I understand that the hotel code I receive with my successfully paid registration is not to be shared with anyone else and is good for only one room at the conference rate. I understand that if I share the code with unregistered parties, I will not be guaranteed the conference rate and anyone found unregistered for the conference may be removed from the conference hotel block. I understand that Embassy Suites or Hilton Worldwide Inc. may provide the conference committee with access to my guest reservation information.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Requests for refunds (subject to $50 admin fee) must be in writing.

  • On or before 1/31/2017 = Full refund minus $50.00.
  • After 1/31/2017 = On a case by case basis.
