Help make our keynote dinner and lunch even more fabulous! We encourage you to provide extra-special table favors for each attendee and/or one item per table that one lucky person gets to take home.

Popular examples include chocolate body paint, bottles of Vintages by Harlequin wine and custom-labeled bath products. Let us know what ideas you have!

Registration Tote Goody Opportunity

Include something memorable for our attendees to take home with them and continue thinking of you! All you need to do is provide approximately 350 items (we’ll refine the number when we know how many attendees we have), and we’ll get them into the registration totes for you.

No paper SWAG (postcards or bookmarks), please. These items are most likely to be left at the hotel, causing paper waste for them and financial waste for you.

Remember our beach theme as you design your SWAG! Useful items are most successful. Suggestions include:

*Our storage facility does not guarantee climate control, so please arrange with us if you plan to contribute perishables.


Slide Show Ad   $25 per slide

Deadline – March 1st

You provide the artwork, we will produce the slide. If you’re an author, you just need to provide your photo and one book cover image and we’ll do the rest. The slide show runs during certain portions of the conference for all attendees. The second and each additional slide thereafter just $20 each.
